All children welcome. There are 2 stair gates at the property. Additional items are are available - 1 high chair/splash mat, travel cot + mattress (up to 24 months  - NB no cot bedding) and changing mat

Well behaved dogs are welcome at Ridgeway up to a maximum of 2 dogs. There are some "doggie do's and don'ts", which you can see here, and dogs do incur an additional charge of £20 per dog per stay (which supports the additional cleaning requirements). Please read the doggie do's and don'ts before booking to make sure you are comfortable to adhere to them. 

For the pleasure of all our guests, vaping or smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the cottage. Deposits will not be returned if any evidence or odour of either is found inside the cottage. Both are permitted outside but please dispose of cigarette ends in ashtray provided. 

Check in is from 4.00pm and the latest is 11pm. We kindly ask that you check out by 11.00am.

Payments can only be made by bank account transfer.

The deposit required to secure your booking is 30% of the full holiday cost or a minimum of £100 for short stay. The balances is due 8 weeks before stay. Payment in full is required at booking stage if your holiday commences within 8 weeks of your booking. We also ask for a £175.00 housekeeping deposit which will be returned to you within 2 weeks of vacating the cottage.
